Event Liability Waiver Statement

The Senior All-Night Party (SANP)is a private event, planned by a parent volunteer committee with the support of LILA.

By purchasing a ticket or accepting a scholarship for yourself/your minor child to attend, you are releasing LILA, the SANP planning committee, and all volunteers associated with the SANP from any liability related to the event.

You are waiving all claims, from all parties, against LILA, the SANP planning committee, and all volunteers associated with the SANP

You agree that you/your minor child will behave in a manner consistent with school activity attendance and recognize that failure to follow school-appropriate behavior may result in removal of the graduate from the SANP without refund.
